Meeting Minutes
March 13, 2021

Gathering began at 9:55am via Zoom and the meeting was called to order at 10:05am. In attendance: Addison Hosea, Bob Voll, Dan Dorsett, David Jaquith, Guy Ellis, Jim Ware, John Kuzmik, John Perrine, Len Cox, Loys Mather, Lyon Bradbury, Maner Ferguson, Paul Roscoe, Sky Robinson, Tom Crehore, and Will Berry.

We enjoyed fellowship time, catching up with one another and all.

Updates from President Jim:
1. With impetus and help from Len Cox, CCC met with the Lexington Fayette County Health Department to explore whether the cathedral could be a Covid-19 vaccination site. Len explained that this would be a drive-through or walk-in concept one day a week, potentially attractive to the downtown living and working population. Would occur most likely after Easter and throughout May.

2. Pentecost 2021 will be celebrated on May 23, Memorial Day weekend, the 225th anniversary of Christ Church Cathedral. CCC may celebrate with a picnic at the Old Episcopal Burying Ground, and this may lead to a Brotherhood work day leading up to that event.

Treasurer Dan reported that our available balance is $204.02.

Fr. Will led us in study of this week’s Gospel, John 3:14-21.

Next meeting: 10:00am April 10, 2021.
