2020 November

Brotherhood of Saint Andrew

Christ Church Cathedral
Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2020

Gathering began at 9:55am on Zoom and the meeting was called to order at 10:10am. In attendance: Will Berry, Lyon Bradbury, Len Cox, Tom Crehore, Dan Dorsett, Guy Ellis, Addison Hosea, David Jaquith, John Kuzmik, Loys Mather, Sky Robinson, Paul Roscoe, Wendell Snyder, Bob Voll and Jim Ware.

Jim gave an update on several items:
Sayre School offered to clean up the OEBG yard as a service project. They raked up 41 bags of leaves and debris. We give thanks for their service!

Brotherhood dues are a minimum of $40 per year, due January 1 but payable any time after November 1 to be applied to 2021. Make your check (or electronic payment) payable to Christ Church Cathedral with Brotherhood of St. Andrew on the memo line and send to the church office. Lesa will then forward funds to the Brotherhood office.

The church is only down 9% against budget for 2020, which is great given the year that we’ve had. Thanks for keeping up your pledge payments. The Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan/grant was a blessing.

You are welcome to visit the church during the week, but please make an appointment so the number of people in the building at any one time can be monitored and limited for the safety of everyone.

Various personal and family concerns were shared and discussed.

Dan reported that we have $484.02 available in our CCC account.

Fr Will led us in the study of Matthew 25:14-30

The next meeting will be December 12. Watch for an email with the Zoom link (which will be the same as today’s link).

Following Closing Prayers from Devotional Handbook, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,
Dan Dorsett, Secretary
