The meeting was called to order by the Director, Br. Guy Ellis, at 10:00 AM in the Spirituality Room of Christ Church Cathedral. Present were C. B. Baize, Lance Churchill, Tom Crehore, Guy Ellis, Maner Ferguson, Greg Graf, Frank Kebbell, Fr. Brent Owens, Ron Parkey, John Perrine, Paul Roscoe, Tom Sturgill, Bob Sutherland, Alex Thompson, Bob Voll, and Jim Ware.

FINANCIAL REPORT
We have $857.33 in our bank account. There are outstanding bills which we have not yet received for the past two RITI meeting owed to MaryThom Hamblim and Lance Churchill.

OLD BUSINESS

Chapter Yearly Dues – Dues are past due and can be paid to Lesa Werhle, John Perrine, or sent to the National office.

Breakfast Team – Our breakfast team (Team 7) is cooking breakfast on Sunday, February 12, and on Easter, April 16.

NEW BUSINESS
Lenten Fish Fries – Of the seven Fridays during Lent, one is Good Friday and two are Commodore dates, leaving four perspective dates, March 10, 17, 24, and 31. The 17th is also Gallery Hop night. We will tentatively plan to fry fish on those four Friday nights. It was also suggested that we have to-go boxes available for those who need them.

LAMBETH STUDY
The Lambeth Study was led by Br. Brent Owens and was taken from Matthew 11:2-11 and was followed by a discussion of the reading.

After the closing prayers led by Br. Guy Ellis, we dismissed at 11:15 AM.
