The meeting was held at the Cathedral and was called to order by the Director, Jim Ware at 10:00 AM. Present were Drew Byrd, Guy Ellis, Manor Ferguson, David Jaquith, Frank Kebbler, Fr. Brent Owen, Ron Parkey, John Perrine, Sky Robinson, Tom Sturgill, Bob Sutherland, Alex Thompson, and Jim Ware.

OLD BUSINESS
Annual Recruitment Breakfast – The breakfast is to be held in the Tilford Room on October 8 at 9:30 AM and will consist of “eggs in a bag” omlets. Following the breakfast, new members and our new director will be installed.

Old Episcopal Burying Ground – Ben Newsome has called for a work day at OEBG on Saturday, September 17, at 8:30 AM. All members were encouraged to come and bring their garden tools. We will be doing clean-up and planting. We hope to have a dempster if one is available.

Rally Day – Fr. Owens commented that he thought that Rally Day was a success and complimented the Brotherhood on cooking the lunch.

Breakfast – The Brotherhood will be cooking breakfast on Sunday, October 23rd.

NEW BUSINESS
There was no new business.

FINANCIAL REPORT
We have $929.27 in our bank account.

LAMBETH STUDY
Fr. Owen led the Lambeth Study which was taken from Luke 4:6-21, and the discussion which followed.

The closing prayers were led by Brother Ware and we dismissed at 11:05 AM.
