OLD BUSINESS
Old Episcopal Burying Ground – Seedleaf is not keeping the London Ferrill side of the burying ground mowed as well as the OEBG side. Some of the neighbors also would like some of the vines removed from the back fence. We are needing work days to clean up the grounds. Hopefully we will have a committee soon to schedule the work days. We now have two Lennies, four Herbies, and six Rosies for waste disposal.
Parking Lot – Cleaning the parking lot in June went well and was appreciated by the staff and parishioners.
Rally Day – Rally Day will be on September 6th, immediately following the 10:00 service. There will be a bouncy house for the children in Cathedral Way. There will be no Ministry Fair. John Hodgman will order the food and Greg Graf will be the chief cook. We will be responsible for cooking and cleaning up. We were asked to double bag the garbage to prevent leakage.
NEW BUSINESS
The church infrastructure needs periodic cleaning and touch up painting as well as washing baseboard and other projects. We will establish periodic work days and make them known to the membership.
FINANCIAL REPORT
We have $1,060.29 in the treasury.
LAMBETH STUDY
The Lambeth Study was from John 6:35, 41-51 and was led by Brother Ware.
The closing ceremony and prayers were led by Brother Ware and we were dismissed at 10:50 AM.
Respectfully submitted,
John Perrine
