Meeting Minutes

5/10/2025

The meeting was called to order in Helm 302 just after 10:00am by Chapter Director Jim Ware.

In attendance: Jim Ware, Maner Ferguson, Wyn Underwood, Bob Voll, Tim McWaters, Tom
Crehore, Loys Mather, Guy Ellis, Len Cox, Rev. Charles Halton, Dan Dorsett, Schuyler Robinson, and Jim Rickard who was attending for the first time.

We spent a few minutes catching up with one another.

The Brotherhood’s next breakfast serve will be June 8, Pentecost. That will be the last breakfast
of the Cathedral’s program year. Wyn asked for more people to sign up to help with breakfast.
Len discussed supplies needed to make non-alcoholic Bloody Mary drinks to serve with the Pentecost breakfast. Jim Ware orders food and supplies for all teams.

Jim reported that Jeff Butcher, Sr. Vice President and former President of the Brotherhood, would like to attend one of our meetings, most likely in August.

Jim will evaluate the need for a work session at the Old Episcopal Burying Ground and suggest whether the June meeting should be a work session.

Dan reported that we have $1,296.68 in our account at CCC available to spend.
Rev. Charles led us in a discussion of John 10:22-30 using both the NRSV and Message versions.

Next meeting: June 14, 2025.
