Meeting Minutes

10/12/24

The meeting was called to order in room H-302 at 10:06am by Chapter Director Jim Ware.

In attendance: Jim Ware, Rev Charles Halton, Addison Hosea, Sky Robinson, Guy Ellis, Rod Heard, Lyon Bradbury, Wyn Underwood, John Halton, Maner Ferguson, and Dan Dorsett.

We enjoyed a few minutes of catching up with one another and we enjoyed donuts brought by
Maner Ferguson.

Jim thanked all who helped with Cathedral Cleanup Day on September 14 which replaced our
regular monthly meeting.

Len Cox has lined up the cooks for our next breakfast serve which is October 20. Wyn will cook
the meat ahead of time so it will just need to be warmed. Volunteers needed to set up, serve, and
clean up.

Dan reported that we have $1,096.68 in our account available to spend.

Reverend Charles led us in a study of Luke 6:27-38 using both the NRSV and The Message
versions.

Next meeting: November 9, 2024.

Following the closing sequence in our handbook, the meeting was adjourned.
