Meeting Minutes

April 13, 2024

We gathered in Helm 302 and the meeting was called to order at 10:07am by Dan Dorsett, filling
in for Chapter Director Jim Ware who was away.

In attendance: Len Cox, Dan Dorsett, Guy Ellis, Maner Ferguson, Bill Foley, John Halton, Rod
Heard, Addison Hosea, Loys Mather, Tim McWaters, Schuyler Robinson, Wendell Snyder, and
Bob Voll.

Once again Bill Foley contributed assorted donuts and we enjoyed them with coffee.
Regular business followed and Len Cox reported that the Brotherhood is scheduled to serve
breakfast for the last time this year on May 12, Mother’s Day. Len will line up cooks.

Dan reported that we currently have $1,096.68 available to spend on projects in the Brotherhood
account at Christ Church Cathedral.

John Halton led us in a study of Luke 24:36b-48. Great discussion!

Next meeting: May 11, 2024.

Following the closing sequence in our handbook, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00am and was
followed by additional social time.
