Meeting Minutes
January 11, 2020

The meeting was called to order at 10:00am in the Helm Building (3rd Floor) by Jim Ware. In attendance: Sky Robinson, CB Baize, Wendell Snyder, Derek Churchill, Len Cox, Maner Ferguson, Fr. Brent Owens, Bob Voll, Dave Jaquith, Jim Ware, Tom Crehore, Lyon Bradbury, John Kuzmik and Dan Dorsett.

Jim Ware led a discussion of possible activities for 2020: 1/21, 2/18 & 3/17 are the Room in the Inn dates at CCC. Jim will talk to Robert Fugate, the leader, to find out what help is needed.

CCC will participate in a Habitat for Humanity build. Brothers might consider wearing Brotherhood shirts if volunteering for this project.

Derek will talk to Andy Sigmon at the Domain to explore opportunities to server there – perhaps in April.

Next Brother breakfast team date is Jan 26.

Dan reported that the Brotherhood account balance is $622.01, net of pass-through dues payments that will be remitted later in January. This includes a donation of $50 in honor of Len Cox.

Jim reported that the join luncheon with Daughters of the King on December 15 went very well.

Jeff Butcher, our national President joined us and made brief comments about the mission of the Brotherhood. [The regularly scheduled December meeting was canceled in favor of this luncheon.]

We concluded with bible study of Matthew 3:13-17 (The Message).

Following Closing Prayers from Devotional Handbook, the meeting was adjourned.
