The meeting was called to order by the director, Br. Guy Ellis, at 10:00 AM, at the Old Episcopal Burying Ground. Attending were Brothers C. B. Baize. Tom Crehore, Guy Ellis, David Jaquith, Frank Kebbell, Fr. Brent Owens, John Perrine, Sky Robinson, Wendell Snyder, Tom Sturgill, Alex Thompson, Bob Voll, and Jim Ware. Ken Kicuchi was a guest.

OLD BUSINESS
Room In The Inn – The Brotherhood will host RITI Wednesday, March 14. at 6::30 PM. Marythom will cook. All who can are asked to attend to help host and the following clean up. Lance will cook breakfast Thursday morning and Jim Ware will make the sack lunches.

Fish Fry – The only fish fry of the lenten season will be Friday, March 16, and coincide with the Gallery Hop. Lance and cooks will begin cooking at 2:00 PM. Several people will be needed to help cook and clean up.

Easter Brunch – The Brotherhood will cook brunch on Easter morning. We will need four cooks for the omelet stations. We will also need persons to chop up fruit and omelet ingredients Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM. It was also suggested that we have a pay station at the omelet station, as some people go directly there and forget to pay.

NEW BUSINESS
Ken Kikuchi was introduced as a guest and prospective member.

AFRICAN BIBLE STUDY
The African Bible Study was taken from John 3:14-21 and was led by Fr. Owens.

The closing prayers were led by Br. Ellis and we dismissed at 11:15 AM.
