Meeting Minutes
February 9, 2018

The meeting was called to order at 10:00am at the OEBG by Jim Ware. In attendance were Tom Crehore, David Jaquith, Jim Ware, Paul Roscoe, Wendell Snyder, Maner Ferguson, and Dan Dorsett. In addition, Jim welcomed John Kuzmik as our guest and hopefully new member!

Dan reported we have $298.92 available in our CCC account, a reduction of $80.00 reflecting dues paid for Brent Owens, and Addison Hosea, our webmaster.

Jim went over the list of upcoming events:
Shrove Tuesday dinner – 3/5, 5:30 – 6:30pm. Brothers will cook pancakes and bacon. Need setup help beginning at 4:00pm and cleanup after.

Fish Fry – 3/15, 5:00 – 7:00pm in conjunction with Gallery hop. Need help with setup and cooking beginning around 3:30 or 4:00pm. Jim will reach out to Robert Fugate for help with frying fish. We will use paper plates to make cleanup easier.

Sunday Breakfast Team – 3/24 and 5/12.

The new Vestry liaison to the OEBG is Richard Giles. We need to consider dates for spring cleanup.

Jim reminded everyone that even if you don’t receive an email the regular monthly meeting is always on the 2nd Saturday of the month, 10:00am at the OEBG.

A short time was devoted to a discussion of member concerns.

Jim then led us in a bible study.

Next meeting: Saturday, March 9 at 10:00am at the OEBG.
