Meeting Minutes
December 8, 2018

The meeting was called to order at 10:00am at the OEBG by Jim Ware. In attendance were Maner Ferguson, Wendell Snyder, Tom Crehore, Bob Voll, Guy Ellis, Jim Ware, Paul Roscoe, David Jaquith, and Dan Dorsett.

Treasurer Dan reported we have $378.92 available in our CCC account. No change from prior month.

Chapter Director Jim shared a letter from Jeff Butcher, our national president, asking all brothers to pay their dues directly to the office in Louisville, preferably via PayPal. Dan noted that several brothers have already paid through CCC. Lesa will remit to the Louisville office on one check.

Jim also reminded us of the new Brotherhood of St. Andrew logo. Embroidme has the logo and can apply it to your shirt at a cost of $9. They are located at 171 W Lowry Lane across from Kroger.

The annual brunch is tentatively scheduled for the second Saturday of February. We need new members so plan to invite someone. Jim will invite Jeff Butcher.

We need to get something going with service to the community. Ideas are welcome.

Guy brought up scheduling concerns from our last Sunday morning breakfast. There were times when coverage was very thin. Need to sign up in shifts to be sure we can get breakfast out on time.

A few minutes were devoted to a discussion of member concerns.

Jim then led us in a new form of bible study which everyone seemed to enjoy.

Next meeting: Saturday, Jan. 12 at 10:00am at the OEBG.
